- Q: Can I purchase a bundle bag without buying any products?
- A:Yes, of course.

- Q: I'm not very good at gift ideas, or there's too much choice can you help?

- Q: I've seen a product I love, but its not on Izzy and Floyd, really want to add it to a bundle, can you get it?
- A: Our mission is to provide the most perfect gift bundles, we're always on the look out for new items that match our philosophy, so please feel free to get in touch with any new ideas and we'll do our best to make it happen?
- Q: Can you personalise the individual items?
- A: In principle absolutely, but specifications and delivery times will vary, so feel free to get in touch to discuss your requirements.
- Q: I want to buy a bundle but don't know what the baby's name or gender yet, what can I do?
- A: Lots, firstly you could buy mum and dad a bundle, we all forget about them! Secondly why not purchase a generic bundle (red or lemon trim) and embroider a family name, nick name or a simple congratulations the word choice is yours! Last but not least here at Izzy and Floyd we turn around the bundles pronto, so why not email us the due date or special date and we'll send you a reminder nearer the time.
- Q: Can we add more text or a company logo to the bundle bag?
- A: Yes, however artwork and proofs will have to be approved and priced accordingly so allow a bit longer for delivery, please feel free to get in touch to discuss your requirements.
- Q: How soon will my bundle / item be delivered?
- A: Our estimated delivery time are 3 - 4 working days from receiving your order. Full timescale confirmation and dispatch notification will be sent by email once your order has been received. However we endeavor to dispatch your order as soon as possible. If a product is out of stock we always suggest a similar product and specification to ensure satisfaction. We'll confirm everything every step of the way to give you complete piece of mind.
- Q: Can I send the bundle directly to the recipient?
- A: Absolutely, just let us know where you'd like it to go and we'll make sure it gets there without any paperwork / invoices, just who its from.
- Q: Why do I have to register, are my personal details safe?
- A: To provide the best possible service, security and even give you timely reminders and ideas for birthday's and special occasions. Your data is covered by the data protection act and held on secure servers.
- Q: Can I send items back?
- A: If for some unlikely reason you're not ecstatic with your purchase we're happy to accept returned items without any restocking fee, as long as products are returned in the same condition and packaging, 100% happiness is our aim. However unfortunately any personalised items cannot be returned for obvious reasons. Also all we ask is you return the items via trackable means, so it can't go missing, and if it does its covered! - Q: Will the products fit through my letter box?
- A: That really depends on the item, however all delivery will require a signature, so someone will have to be present at the address to receive.
- Q: Can I return an embroidered gift?
- A: It is not possible to return or exchange any Izzy and Floyd gift once it has been embroidered.
- Q: What if the embroidered name and special date are wrong or spelt incorrectly?
- A: All gifts are cross matched with the original order sent by you before they are sent out to make sure that they are correct and that no mistakes have been made with embroidered name and special date. If however, there is an error made by Izzy and Floyd, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the gift and we will be happy to replace it at no extra cost. If however, the mistake has been made by you on the original order, then we can only replace the item at full price.
