Payments for Izzy and Floyd are processed securely by Sagepay for total piece of mind, Izzy and Floyd do NOT have access to customer's credit / debit card details at any time. All payment card details are managed by Sagepay. Sagepay are responsible for processing card payments and all aspects of payment security, further information about Sagepay can be found at www.sagepay.com

Delivery - Mainland UK:
- Orders above £50 delivery is FREE; our estimated delivery times are 3 - 5 working days from receiving your order. Full timescale confirmation and dispatch notification will be sent by email once your order has been received. However we endeavor to dispatch your order as soon as possible. If a product is out of stock we always suggest a similar product and specification to ensure satisfaction.
Izzy and Floyd work in partnership with Parcel Force and the Royal Mail therefore a signature will be required to ensure peace of mind which means your gift will not be left on a doorstep. Furthermore when your item has been dispatched we will email you full tracking details so you can check the status of your delivery at www.parcelforce.com
For orders under £50 delivery is charged at £5.95 for 3 - 5 working day service. Other delivery options are available upon request.

We are happy to deliver a bundle or gift for you anywhere in the world, all we require is an address to provide a individual quote, deliveries may take a little longer, and unfortunately we unable to guarantee a specific delivery time for any of our off shore deliveries, however we'll endeavor to get the parcel to you ASAP, please e-mail sales@izzyandfloyd.com for a quote and lead-time.
