Disclaimer

From time to time the designs, pictures or motifs on some of our products may differ slightly in style or design from those shown, this is sometimes unavoidable due to the availability of stock from suppliers and manufacturers, however we will always notify you if there are any stock issues upom receipt of your order.  We guarantee that all of the products you receive will be of the same outstanding quality.

All of our products are made by experienced designers and suppliers of baby clothes and accessories and so have been fully tested as to be suitable for babies.  Our handmade bundle bags are made to exacting quality standards and care, however they are not intended as a toy so should not be left with children unsupervised.

Refund policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If, for some reason however you are not completely satisfied, you can contact us and return your product for a full refund (excluding Delivery Charge) within 7 days of delivery, or for an exchange within 30 days. Please telephone us for a reference number before sending the item/s back so that it can be processed accurately. Please be aware that you are responsible for the return postage costs and that refunds will only be given if the goods are returned in a fully saleble condition including all tags etc.  Embroidered items are non returnable for obvious reasons, unless we have made a mistake.

Damaged goods

If, on receipt of your item it is damaged or products within the bundles are damaged, please telephone us within 24hours for a reference number before sending the item/s back so that it can be processed accurately.  All item/s should be returned to us at our business address with your details and reference number and we will replace it for you ASAP.

Cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel your order with us please do so within 24 hours of placing it as we endeavor to dispatch orders out within a day of receiving payment.

Payment Processing

Payments for Izzy and Floyd are processed securely by Sagepay for total piece of mind, Kootchikoo Ltd trading as Izzy and Floyd do NOT have access to customer's credit / debit card details at any time.  All payment card details at any time.  All payment card details are managed by Sagepay.  Sagepay are responsible for processing card payments and all aspects of payment security, further information about Sagepay can be found at www.sagepay.com

Distance Selling Act

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of the goods without giving a reason. You must bear the cost of return postage and a refund will be given as soon as goods are received in original / saleble condition.

Any data collected by us during the course of business with you is purely for our internal use and is not forwarded or sold to any third party.
